Elderwood English Gin
Elderwood English Gin blends classic premium flavours with bespoke botanicals from English hedgerows and woods.
The base subtly combines juniper, coriander, and angelica, the holy trinity of great gin; forged with cassia and lemon balm; and finally infused with notes of elderberry, rowan, grapefruit and just a hint of cardamom. Small batch distilled for a delicately smooth taste.
Elderwood English Gin is best served over ice with a light tonic (it’s all about the gin, so just choose a light tonic which won’t mask the gin’s flavour) Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit which brings out the grapefruit flavours in the gin. Serve & enjoy!

Gin made with thought and care should be mixed with a light tonic to allow the gin to shine. Simply garnish with pink grapefruit, or lemon, and mix with Double Dutch Skinny, Fever Tree Refreshingly Light or essential Waitrose dry indian tonic water. Rob usually drinks his with ice and sparking water. Great gin is more about the gin than the mixer”
